This program supports Brain Health and Brain Skills by using slow, accessible, body-based practices inspired by Qi Gong to improve mobility, breathing, stress regulation, and body awareness.
Rather than focusing on fitness or performance, the emphasis is on restoring physiological balance as a foundation for cognitive resilience, emotional regulation, and long-term Brain Capital.
